After a week of busy working, I found that it is very important for a person to have a cup of tea or ice cream. Stress management somehow is a must learn knowledge. Turn on relaxing music, slow down your pace and meditation for 15 minutes.

Personally, I love to have some ice cream in a decent cafe and feel the ambience. Whether reading a book or blogging, I still love to stay in a nice cafe to have some relaxing hour.
